I know someone who is pregnant. How can I help?

If a friend or loved one is dealing with an unplanned pregnancy, it is important that you are there for her. She is likely feeling worried or afraid, along with many questions, thoughts and feelings to process. It is essential that she considers her options for this important life event, which will require your love and support as a friend. Our pregnancy centers offers free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds and many resources, including trained professionals to review options. Below are a few ways you can be supportive!

Offer Support

Consider offering to come with her for a free pregnancy test and ultrasound at one of our centers. Our friendly, caring RNs and sonographers can help determine how far along she is and answer questions in a confidential, judgement free environment.
